What does Planisphere provide?

Planisphere provides composable evidence endpoints (gate, route, seal, verify, meter) that apply a configured gate result before an AI action runs, route it to a human when needed, seal an evidence record, and meter production use. A record's integrity and signature recompute on a customer or auditor machine with no account. By default no raw content is stored; the record carries hashes and governance metadata.

Is a Planisphere evidence record a certification or an authorization?

Accepted Answer

No. A Planisphere record is control evidence and a supervision record: it shows which AI actions were allowed, routed, or blocked, who reviewed them, and that the record was not altered. It is not an authorization to operate, a control assessment, or a compliance certification; those decisions remain with your authorizing official and assessors.

Can every party on a program verify the same record?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Records are cryptographically sealed with Ed25519; production records are signed by a managed KMS-held key whose public half is published. A prime, its subcontractors, an authorizing official, and an assessor can each recompute a record's integrity and check its signature independently, offline, with no account and no API credential. Each seal is bound to the tenant that created it, so a record cannot be replayed into another organization's history.
